Sentiment analysis tells us exactly how people feel in relation to a brand, phrase or idea. Sentiment can be on a scale of negative to positive, or in terms of different emotions (joy, anger, frustration and so on)

Mentions and real engagement. How many people are talking about a brand or idea in reality. Our metric takes all mentions from the internet, even the ones you wouldn’t know about, for example if someone is posting about you to their friends, or a public group on social media. That tells us just how well known your brand really is.
